DAY 1: Setting the Foundation

  • We will begin on deck with:

    • Introduction and ice breaker

    • Activation

    • Mobilization

    • Dynamic warm up routines

  • Pool Session:

    • Refined drills, turns, starts specific to your swimmers’ needs.

    • A challenge set

  • Recovery:

    • Meditative yoga and stretching

  • Goal Setting Workshop

    • Outcome vs process goals

    • Short term vs long term goals

    • Open discussion

    • Worksheets and prompts to take home

DAY 2: elevate your skills

  • We will begin in the classroom with:

    • Visualization Workshop

    • Breathwork

    • How to navigate setbacks

    • Worksheets and prompts to take home

  • Pool Session:

    • Underwater focus

    • Your own video footage filmed with GoSwim to take home

    • Resistance training

    • Power drills

  • Recovery:

    • Meditative yoga and stretching

  • Wrap Up:

    • Q&A

LOGISTICS

  • The event will run BOTH days as follows:

    • 9AM -12:30PM (Advanced group)

      • 7 Hours total per weekend event

    • 2PM- 4:30PM (Intermediate group)

      • 5 hours total per weekend event

  • Group Breakdown

    • Ages 13+ for Advanced Group

    • Ages 9 -12 for Intermediate Group

    • All Ages for Online Modules
